Shamas in China by Liukun

Here in China there are also a lot people keeping shamas. The dried food for the shama here usally includes soybean, mungbean, beaf, mutton, egg yolk, maize，chicken fodder, medlar, peanut and so on.

We also supplement the dry food with live worm or caterpillars and for vitamins what I usally do is not to add vitamin to the water but to make the shamas eat fruits and vegitables. I think that is safer
